Two Fixers from North Shields who have battled mental health conditions want to show how social media can be used to seek help.
21-year-old Beverly Held and 19-year-old Lauryn Neasham have created a film showing how frequently young people use their mobile phones and how this can trigger or worsen mental health conditions, but can also be a lifeline for unhappy individuals.
